Some sellers want a sale that never goes public. Some qualified buyers see pre-market homes before they list. Both are real, and both have tradeoffs. A private sale usually means a smaller buyer pool, and we will tell you honestly when a full launch nets more. Access depends on fit, timing, and readiness. We never promise inventory we have not seen.
